Reach airport about 3pm.
Will it be possible to get in with luggage?
How long is the journey?
How much?

I think it is the Airport express. its fast n is designed with space for lugguages. You can purchase it just before you exit from the customs area to the arrival hall. Credit card payment accepted.
Otherwise you can exit from the arrival hall turn right and it goes to a bus terminal which will brings you to the nearest mtr station. Purchase an octopus card before you leave the arrival hall.
Alternatively, to save all troubles, when you exit the customs go to arrival hall B, you can purchase the ticket for airport transfers at the counter there. it will bring you to major hotels in Kowloon area. This is more targetted and will send you (pending where you stay) right to the door steps of your hotel.
    enjoy your stay there.

Both answerer’s answer are good, so you can take their advice. As for your question, here are my answer:
Yes, its possible as there are space for luggage above your seat and you can place another at your foot space.
The journey is approx. 20 min to Kowloon Station and 23 min to Hong Kong Station.
The price per way is HK$90 for Kowloon Station and HK$110 for Hong Kong Station.
You can also take A21 to your hotels in Kowloon side for HK$33 one way which is cheaper and there is also luggage space too.
Hope you have a nice trip there, btw.

From ChekLapKok Airport. Immediately after you pass thru the custom. You’ll see the MTR Station.
Buy an Octopus Card (HKD100=HKD50 Refundable Deposit + HKD50 Value inside) You can take the MTR all the way to Kowloon.
It’s very straight forward and easy to understand. Travelling time is about 45min and propably around $20

there’s 4 ways out to Kowloon (the city) fr HK airport.
    1. by car pick up / as duno if u wil book a hotel’s car
    2. by taxi… it wil be approx. USD$45 to the city including luggages
    3. airport express train / single journey = approx. US$11. time abt 25 mins but the Kowloon Station is on the edge of the city ctr. so u should expect to shift a taxi or bus there to ur hotel. http://www.mtr.com.hk/eng/airport_expres…
    4. take the airport bus…. http://www.kmb.hk/english.php?page=longw…
it wil be cheaper + u can enjoy the scenery while on the bus as it wil pass by the world famous Tsing Ma Bridge which ‘grand opening’ by Prince Charles + Diana b4.
