Yes I agree, a beautiful country. I reckon the Perhentian Islands on the East coast are an absolute paradise. Malaysia has much to offer, frim Kuala Lumpur being a modern cosmoplitan city, to dense untouched jungle, to wonderful beaches, and amazing islands
Very friendly people, excellent food, good infrastructure making travel easy, much English spoken.
Yes I agree, a beautiful country.

]]> Comment on do you know that Malaysia is such a beautiful country? by sandy http://thetravelinfo.info/do-you-know-that-malaysia-is-such-a-beautiful-country/comment-page-1#comment-7731 sandy Tue, 07 Sep 2010 09:12:54 +0000 http://thetravelinfo.info/do-you-know-that-malaysia-is-such-a-beautiful-country#comment-7731 I live there and yea i think its nice...although i'd probably migrate somewhere else later to further my studies.. it is nice.i never said it was WONDERFUL.just nice.i have plenty of friends here and most of my family members are here and the country is beautiful..I've spent most of my life here and have had many great times here...thats why i think it's nice...but yes it does have its drawbacks.. if you're a non-muslim here....things can be kinda difficult...you have to work extra hard to get the same things they get...98% of the government scholarships go to the malays...my teachers daughter who got 12 A'S in the SPM examination didnt get a scholarship but two of her malay classmates who only managed 5 and 6 A's each got full scholarships to study overseas..her father was really angry about that... my dads boss told him that he will never get a promotion(because he's indian)...his malay co-workers who are many years his junior and who are less qualified have now got a higher post than him....my dad would be earning much more if he worked in another country because he is very qualified..thats why you see many non-malays migrating to other countries...we dont really have a good future here. in my opinion...it is a nice place(because it is peaceful and is much better than some countries)..but definitely not a DREAM place for me.
