Is It Possible For A Teenager To Get A Job In A Cruise Or A Resort?

I am currently a 15 year old girl looking for the BEST SUMMER JOB. And I have been searching for a summer job in resorts and cruises and such but to no avail. Is it even possible for a resort or a cruise to hire me? Or is there an age limit?
AND, if any of y’all know any GREAT RESORTS OR CRUISES that offer opportunities such as this, please feel free to post it!
